Special Event for Mother's Day will Benefit Women in Need

On Saturday, May 13th, 2006, Delane's Natural Nail Care will host a special Mother's Day of Luxury at the Dunsmuir House Garden Pavilion. $20 tickets should be purchased in advance for either of two slots: 10 am-1 pm and 1-4 pm.

Guests will enjoy an afternoon of pamper services, live jazz, shopping, and delicious food. The admission price will cover refreshments, entertainment, hand treatments, and access to discounted services. Relax to the sounds of jazz guitarist Terrance Brewer while receiving a relaxing, moisturizing hand treatment. Guests will also receive complimentary gift bags and be eligible for door prize drawings.

Discounted amenities include a no-host wine bar, fine chocolates, chair massages, Mother's Day portraits, fabulous clothing, fresh flowers, and more. A portion of the proceeds will go to benefit Building Futures with Women and Children, a San Leandro-based nonprofit organization serving homeless women and children and those fleeing abuse since 1986.

The event provides an opportunity to say "I care" to women who have made a difference in your life . . . or to yourself . . . while helping mothers and children in need.
